Filezap Upgrades and Bug Fixes

IMPORTANT!!!
Beginning with Version 1.3.3 Filezap has been encrypted with Softwrap. If you're using Version 1.3.2 you needn't upgrade since Version 1.3.3 doesn't include program changes. If you're a Filezap licensee and need to upgrade from a version earlier than 1.3.2, please contact Peak InfoSystems for upgrade instructions.

Version 1.3.0 fixed a minor bug in the search function that switched you out of unicode mode after a search and recompiled Filezap in Visual Basic 6.

Version 1.3.1:

This version corrects a bug that produced an “Illegal Procedure Call” error when you made a change in one sector followed by a search, and then attempted to move to another sector without saving the change. Filezap asked whether or not you wanted to save the sector. If you answered “Yes,” the program would fail.

Version 1.3.1 also made some changes in printer preparation for printing sectors. Filezap now insists on a non-bold, non-italic, 12 point font. It’s very important to select a fixed pitch type such as “Courier New” when setting up the printer. Spacing in the printed sector depends on predictable character positions in each line.

Version 1.3.2 corrected a bug that truncated the file during a search and replace.

Version 1.3.3 re-packaged Filezap with Softwrap.

Changes in Version 1.3.4: added back the license agreement screen that was removed with Filezap was repackaged for Softwrap.
